Unplug the Power
Disconnect the power first for safety.
Clean the Wastewater Tank
Empty the wastewater and clean with a neutral detergent.
Remove and Clean the Cleansing Head
The magnetic design detaches instantly, clean and air-dry.
Empty the Clean Water Tank
Drain any remaining water to finish.
The dedicated bathing solution, sponge head, and silicone head are all separate consumables that can be restocked individually, no need to wait until the whole set runs out.
Frequently Asked Questions
Elderly skin is thinner — could the suction hurt the skin?
The unit has adjustable suction and comes with soft sponge and skin-friendly silicone brush heads designed for elderly skin. It is very gentle and will not pull or harm delicate skin.
Can it still be used if the elderly person is bedridden or unable to turn over after a stroke?
Yes. With the person lying flat, or gently assisted onto their side, you can use the extra-long hose and lightweight brush head to flexibly clean hard-to-reach areas such as the back and lower limbs.
Once the dedicated bathing solution runs out, can I use regular shower gel instead?
This is not recommended. The dedicated solution is a low-foam, mildly acidic, rinse-free formula designed to work with the unit’s suction system. Regular shower gel produces excessive foam and can damage the unit’s tubing.
Is the unit noisy when running? Could it startle the elderly person?
The operating noise is comparable to a household vacuum cleaner. We recommend explaining it to the elderly person first and trying it briefly on their hand, letting them get used to the sound and water flow before the first full bath.
Which is more cost-effective, renting or buying outright?
For a short post-surgery recovery period, renting is recommended; for long-term care of a bedridden family member, purchasing outright is more cost-effective. We also offer a try-before-you-buy option so you can decide flexibly.
