Important Notes for the Rental Plan
- Initial cost: service fee $1,800 plus deposit $2,000, totalling HK$3,800; minimum rental period of 3 months
- The unit provided has undergone deep cleaning and is not brand new (the device is reused between different tenants)
- A staff member will inspect the unit together with you on delivery, and photos will be taken and kept on file as a record
- The rental period begins from the date of confirmed inspection, with automatic monthly renewal at $1,800 thereafter (excluding new consumables)
- Upon return, if the inspection passes, $1,400 will be refunded (deposit less the $600 cleaning fee); if there is any man-made damage, water damage, or unauthorised disassembly, the full $2,000 deposit will not be refunded
- In the event of a non-man-made mechanical fault, a replacement unit will be arranged; this arrangement does not carry an individual warranty period

- The unit provided is brand new
- A staff member will inspect the unit together with you on delivery, and photos will be taken and kept on file as a record
- Comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, covering non-man-made mechanical faults
- If a non-man-made mechanical fault occurs during the warranty period, a replacement unit will be arranged so you still have a device to use while yours is being repaired
- Consumables and man-made damage (such as water damage, impact, or unauthorised disassembly) are not covered under warranty

How Long Does It Last on a Full Charge?
switle BODY is not designed to run on battery power. To ensure the smart temperature control and strong suction perform consistently, it must be connected to a standard household power outlet during use, so there’s no risk of losing power mid-session.
Is 1 Litre of Water Really Enough to Wash the Whole Body and Hair?
The patented simultaneous spray-and-suction technology maximises water efficiency. Daily body cleaning typically requires about 1 litre; for a deeper hair wash, simply top up with a small amount of clean water partway through.
What Is the Capacity Limit of the Waste Water Tank? Will It Overflow When Full?
The waste water tank is equipped with a smart overflow-prevention sensor. When the waste water reaches its safe limit, the unit will automatically pause and alert you, ensuring the waste water never overflows or makes a mess.
What Exactly Are the Product’s Dimensions? Is It Easy to Store?
The main unit is extremely compact, roughly the size of a small household air purifier, and can easily be stored under the bed or in a corner cabinet without taking up living space.
Is the Product Waterproof? Can It Be Used in the Bathroom?
The unit has basic splash-resistant design, but is not recommended for direct submersion in water or prolonged placement in a very humid bathroom. We recommend using it in a dry bedroom or living room.
